• In compliance with the directions issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 18.12.2024 in WP(C ) No. 783/2021 in the matter of Creditors Welfare Association Vs Official Liquidator, Super Bazar & Ors, all suppliers/ creditors, whose bills against Super Bazar have not been paid as yet, including the members of the Petitioner Association or its constituent members, are hereby called upon to submit their respective claims along with all supporting documents and evidence in the attached prescribed proforma, for consideration of the undersigned.”

ADDENDUM️

Dated: 5th August 2025

In continuation of the Public Notice notified on 29th July, 2025 the first sentence of the said Public Notice is substituted by the following:-

• “In compliance with the directions issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Delhi vide order dated 18.12.2024 in WP(C ) No. 783/2021 in the matter of Creditors Welfare Association Vs Official Liquidator, Super Bazar & Ors, all suppliers/ creditors, whose bills against Super Bazar have not been paid as yet, including the members of the Petitioner Association or its constituent members, are hereby called upon to submit their respective claims along with all supporting documents and evidence in the attached prescribed proforma, for consideration of the undersigned.”

There shall be no change on other terms and conditions.
